David was a life saver when we moved into our new house. We didn't realize we would need to steam clean the floors until after we moved in and we had some antique pieces that we purchased when we could not get new delivered. He responded very quickly to our call, came out and estimated in about 24 hours. He did a quick turn around at a very fair price. The floors look new and the bottoms of our feet are not longer getting dirty during the day. Highly recommend.

I had another company scheduled to clean our carpets but they bailed at the last minute. We had tenants moving in and needed the carpets cleaned on that day. I called Dave in the morning and he was super flexible and very professional. He was able to get us into the schedule on the same day, and did a great job. The rate was also comparable to the big company stanley steamer. My opinion; stanley steamer does ok sometimes, but sometimes not so much. Our results were excellent, and the tenants are happy. I would absolutely recommend Dave for your carpet cleaning needs. I will certainly use his services again. Thank you Dave.

I had my regular appointment with Stanley Steamer as usual, but I kept thinking, the last couple of times it has not been good and I have paid them a lot of money. So I began to check on Google for someone else I might use, and luckily I ran across this Co. Steam Pro Clean and called it. I spoke to the owner Dave and set an appt for him to come out to steam clean my carpet. I rescheduled twice, but he was very patient, professional and understanding. When I could finally follow through and he got here, I was not even prepared for how good a job or how beautiful my carpet was going to turn out. I'm not even kidding, it looks as good as the day it was installed! (3+ yrs ago) I was so flabbergasted, I'm just not used to people (businesses) in Daytona caring about what they're doing. Not the majority of them anyway. He will be my go to from now on concerning all of my cleaning needs for sure! Kudos to you Dave! 😊
